Lets not confuse financial inclusion! Growing up in the village with a Primary school teacher for a mother... we always could tell when end month had arrived. My mother would report to school early, ask for permission to go and collect her salary from Meru town( a 30 minutes drive). Thats the day we knew goodies would come in. My mother had some form of banking.....
